Lee was a great help to me. I inherited property that I had not seen for many years since I was no longer in Northern Virginia. The appraisal I saw only showed a narrow view of the front of the building. I had no reason to think it had not been taken care of. I also did not know that the tenant was an extremely difficult one and was determined not to leave the property. Lee made two trips from Northern Virginia to Radford VA to work with me on this sale. He had to endure a lot of abuse from the tenant and take care of clean up and legal fees for me which of course were re-imbursed to him.
